We aim to reply within two business days. Sometimes it is faster. Occasionally, it takes a little longer if we are heads-down on something. Either way, you will hear from us.
We do not have a phone number. We do not have a live chat widget. Just the form, and actual humans on the other end of it.

Bug Reports
Is something not working right? Tell us. Give us as much detail as you can, what device you are on, what browser you are using, and what happened. A screenshot helps if you have one.
We take bugs seriously. If something is broken, we want to fix it fast.
Feature Ideas
Have an idea for something we should add? We are always thinking about what to build next. If you have spotted a gap or thought of something that would make the game better, send it over.
We cannot promise we will build everything. But we do read every suggestion, and some of our best updates have come from people who took two minutes to write in.
General Questions
Not sure how something works? Curious about how we calculate CPS? Want to know if the leaderboard is real? Ask. If we get the same question a lot, we add it to our FAQ so everyone benefits.
Privacy and Legal Requests
If your question is about how we handle your data, your rights, or anything covered by our policies, please read our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions first. The answer is probably already there.
If you still need to reach us after reading those pages, use the contact form and mark your message as a privacy or legal request. We take these seriously and handle them within 30 days.
What Happens After You Send a Message
You fill in the form. We get a notification. A real person reads it, not a bot, not an auto-filter.
If your message needs a reply, you will get one to the email address you provide. We do not add you to any mailing list. We do not use your email for anything except replying to you. That is it.
A Few Things That Will Help Us Help You
You do not need to write an essay. But a little detail goes a long way.
If you are reporting a bug, tell us what you were doing when it happened. If you are asking a question, be as specific as you can. If you are sharing a feature idea, tell us why you think it would be useful.
The more we understand your message, the faster we can do something useful with it.
